Aaren Events is a vertical of Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. This parent company was established in 1962 late Mr. Rajendra Jain and has 52 years of achievements to it's credit. They are pioneers in Outdoor Advertising in India. At a time, when Outdoor Advertising was unheard of in Mumbai, Aaren took the initiative and introduced several innovations in the industry.
Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. created 181 billboards in 160 towns of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh for Lintas India in 1963 and developed hoardings in Bombay city - on Highways, Airports and Railway complexes all over India. With the largest neon sign being created by them in 1969 for V.I.P. During this time the first illuminated bill boards were introduced on the Eastern Express Highway by Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd.
They were the innovators behind Kiosks (double sided) & Triosks (triangular displays) displays. Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. was awarded an exclusive advertising concession for gantries and kiosks from 1995 for a period of 15 years at Kozhikode (Kerala) in lieu of providing traffic signal systems to the city. It also has wide contact with a leading Airport advertising agency of the U.K., Singapore & Hong Kong.
In 1986 Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. convinced the then Airports Authority of India to appoint exclusive advertising concessionaire in Bombay, Delhi, Calcutta, Hyderabad and Madras airports.

- Mrs. Urmilla Jain of Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. conceptualized and launched the Bachelor of Mass Media Course at the Mumbai University in 2000. She also initiated the Rajendra Jain Research Centre to train the faculty for the B.M.M. Course.
- Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. has been part of charitable institutions for the welfare of the underprivileged, especially women and the girl child under the aegis of Rajendra Jain Centre for Empowerment of Women.
- Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. constructed a foot-over bridge for Bombay Municipal Corporation at the Girgaum Chowpatty. Bombay Municipal Corporation earned Rs. 20 million per year from the advertisements displayed on this bridge.
- Roll-on displays at Bombay Airport
- Aaren Advertising Pvt. Ltd. constructed and donated a hoarding at Babulnath to the traffic police department for traffic awareness. This very prominent hoarding is still being maintained by Aaren.
